Midtown Estates Vision

In 2019, the Town of Stettler conducted a housing needs study. That study showed that Stettler was losing some of its 55+ age group due to the fact there was a lack of suitable transitional housing.

 

With Don-Syl Holdings previous experience in commercial developments, we joined with a respected local custom home builder, B & B Construction to help fill that void. 

 

We wanted a project that met the needs of the transitioning demographic. For convenience and comfort, it had to be in the middle of Stettler, turn-key, worry-free, and close to most of the amenities in town. Cafes, boutique shops, parks, groceries, and medical facilities are all within a 10-minute walk. Our vision of Midtown Estates was born.
